Each order is carefully assembled and arrives to you in thoughtful packaging. We do our very best to ship your order within 2 weeks. If your order is somehow delayed, we will contact you through email. After shipment your package should arrive within 1-2 business days (NL/BE/DE) at the provided address. Orders are shipped by PostNL and a Track & Trace code will be provided to you in the shipment confirmation email.
Shipping fees within the Netherlands are € 4 and on orders above € 75 shipping is free of charge. We do ship worldwide! Find out shipping cost to your country at check out. Is your country not listed? Please email us and we’ll calculate the shipping cost specifically for your order. Please be advised that additional fees may be charged by the postal service or customs upon arrival on orders shipping outside of the EU. We can’t control these charges and are not responsible to pay any additional charges.
Please contact us if you haven’t received your order within the given time limit (give or take a few days). In case you refuse to receive the order we reserve the right to charge you for all shipment costs (depart and return) as well as any additional fees by the postal service or customs. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please email us within 48 hours so we contact our courier company.

If you are unsatisfied with the size or color of an item, you may exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please understand that we can only accept unworn and undamaged items. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your order number, the items you wish to exchange and the items you wish to receive in exchange. Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
We appreciate it if you provide us with information about your reason for exchanging (or returning) a product. Do you find our products fit too small or are they to big for the size they’re labeled? Do you think he actual product differs to much from what is shown on our website? Please let us know, we strive to create the best products and have happy customers.
Should (part of) your order not meet your expectations, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. We make an acception to sale/discount items, which cannot be returned. Please understand that we can only accept unworn and undamaged items. Before doing so, email us at email@example.com informing us of the items you wish to return and why. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.
Don’t forget to include a copy of our order confirmation in the return package, this will make it easier and quicker to handle your returned order. Once we have received the returned products in good condition, we will email you and you can expect to receive your refund within 5 business days. Shipping fees won’t be refunded.
